Need a provider?

From the UMR.com website, select “find a provider.” Then select medical or dental and the appropriate network. It is not necessary for you to create an online account to search for providers in who are participating in your Preferred Provider network.

If you are having problems utilizing the online services, you can call 1-800-651-8231 and a customer service representative will assist you in locating a provider in your area.
