For ten years the WCA Group Health Trust (GHT) has awarded scholarships to college students who are studying the medical field. The GHT board of directors allocates $10,000 per year for these scholarships, each worth $2,000, as a way to give back to the members and communities that have made the GHT a success.
The GHT is pleased to announce the winners of the 2017 Group Health Trust scholarships:
Jennifer Jean Dahlman is the daughter of Joseph Lingnofski, the Menasha Joint School District President of the Board of Education. Jennifer has completed five semesters at Marquette University and is working toward a PhD in Nursing.
Kaitlyn Pritzl has completed six semesters at UW-Madison with a double major in Psychology, and Human Development and Family Studies. Kaitlyn is the daughter of Thomas Pritzl, a math teacher with the Appleton Area School District.
Jeremie Schiedermayer is attending UW-La Crosse working toward obtaining his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Jeremie is the son of Appleton Area School District Occupational Therapist, Pam Schiedermayer.
Morgan Roberts is the daughter of Karen Franke, a City of Menasha Administrative Assistant. Morgan has completed six semesters at UW-Milwaukee and is a Nursing major.
Kaitlyn Steinhilber is the daughter Kevin Steinhilber, the Appleton Area School District Chief Academic Officer. Kaitlyn is beginning her junior year at UW-Milwaukee majoring in Health Care Administration.
