The WCA Group Health Trust (GHT) Resolution Recharge challenge is now completed. Participants tracked their weight for six weeks. GHT wanted to provide some extra incentive for members trying to shed a few pounds.
"Thank you for doing this challenge. It gave me the accountability I needed to stay on track," shared Melanie Fralick from The Human Service Center. She is one of the biggest losers listed below. Congratulations to everyone that participated. Continue to work towards your goals!
Another top finisher, Adam Keeling said, "This really made me realize the amount of food I was eating as well as the kind of food." He added after reporting that he lost 8% of his weight, "Just goes to show you with a little will power great results can be achieved!"
